A 3 man PVC gokart is a fool's errand. Hopefully he came to realize that.

Wood huh? That is interesting... It makes an excellent boat material when sealed, so I could see that... Although, my dad knows this guy who is an expert welder apparently... He is 70 something, so I might want to get help before he dies..

I built this kart 3 summers ago. The frame is made of 3x3cm tubed steel. I made the chair myself as the ones they sell are pretty expensive. I got the steer from an gokart place. Someone crashed their head into the steer and broke the top part:). As it says in the vid, the kart goes 70km/h and accels to 40km/h in less then 4 seconds. The engine cost me 150E (6.5hp honda engine, 200cc, 4stroke), it can be reved up to 6000 rpm!

That is cool! Oh well... Maybe I'll just get a signal kit from my dirtbike. (250cc.) I have a 230 currently. I'm going to get a 250 soon, so no point in bothering until then. Then again, carts are so cool lol. But, I don't think that it would be worth it for me though unless it was street legal.
