The poster is as stupid as his "friends" when it comes to his irresponsible discussion of firearms.
I have several "homeland defense" rifles along with a sizeable collection of handguns. They are excellent security and self protection devices as well as the source of much enjoyment at the range, building skill and discipline in order to be a quality marksman.
If someone broke into my house while I am in it, they would be shot until they ceased to be a threat if they made a single aggressive move toward me. That's appropriate. Telling people you will pack guns in your backpack and shoot them isn't.
The original post illustrates why some people shouldn't have guns. Or keyboards.

owning a pistol with a permit to carry a concelead weapon is not stupid, as long as the gun is used as a target shooting pistol, or for self defense, i have no issues with that, i support it. the thing that i do not like is when peopleTHREATEN OTHER PEOPLE. a kid got expelled at my highschool for saying things about guns to another classmate(threats) and if your "friend" decided to save this aim message, you could get that too. and the difference is animals arent the same, have you ever stepped on a spider? or an ant? i doubt that your emotions would be the same if you dropped a pile of cinderblocks on 50 people, like putting an m-80 in an ants nest. and if you get stabbed in the gut, chances are that you can find medical attention and possibly live. if someone shoots you in the gut with a .45 hollow point you are going to be serously fucked up. because bullets travel alot faster than knives do, and do alot more damege.spudmonkey wrote:"a firearm for protection is not as stupid."

This discussion is irrelevant, "darkretard" is a threat with a knife, potato gun, gun, even a straw and a couple of spitbals. You dont solve problems by telling people you are going to pack a weapon in case of a confrontment. If he is such a man that he has guns, why does he need weapons to defend himself?

Did I say that? No, I didn’t to cut the sh*t. With a knife or weapons connected to your existing frame you tend to think things over while in a blind rage. With a gun you can just level with there head and squeeze 1-3 shots and there gaurnteed dead, leaving them no time to react. Rather with weapon of less effectiness you leave them to react surely exerting all there worth in such a life or death situation, so you think a bit more before choosing to do such a thing. A local guy that got robbed took 47 jabs with a screw driver before he died.

Errr I was planning to reply to other posters refering to weapons, but simply after there content is so long Im not going to now.
If ANYONE decides to come back and say something about weapons this topic will be deleted and I will personally dock 50 post count from the person. This forum isn’t about using any form of weapon against living beings. Talk about the issue at hand, rather then this gun tangent. Go ahead someone, test me.
