hydro testing..

ok ive been burrowing my friends hpa paint ball tank for about 2 months now and ive had it filled about 4 times. of the 4 times no one ever took the cover off to check the date or anything. but today i went and had it filled and the guy said it was about 6 months expired, i looked at the tank and cant tell how he figured that out so heres all the numbers on the tank can anyone help me out?

As far as I can tell your tank made in march 2002 and should be tested every 5 years.

I suggest you call the company that made it. Its probably a pure energy tank, but simply bring up the manufactures site and they will have contacts. I have had friends of mine in the NPPL who have snapped the reg off there tank when sliding and the bottle nearly killed someone. It wasn't even 2 years old yet. You can also bring it into a pb shop and have them hydro test it. And if its expired tell your friend and he will have to get ir re wrapped or get the reg worked on. Just ask the guys at the shop for a quote.
