Ok so my problem is this, I am getting a 360 tom marrow and a 22 inch flat screen for x mas and I don't know what to do about sound. I am planning on leaving the set up in my room next to my laptop setup and I really want to use my creative 5.1 system but the xbox only has optical out. The sound system is hooked up into my laptop, a Dell Latitude 520, through a sound blaster card. My goal is to get a home theater receiver and have my laptop and xbox to hook into it and get surround sound. Any suggestions?

I have a ps3 and a 42 inch screen :D
And 7.1 surround sound :D

The reciever was 600$ at a garage sale, with a couch, speakers and a 32" TV.

I hope you find your perfect setup. METAL GEAR SOLID FTW
