soldering with jet lighter

i was wondering wether it would be possible to solder with a jet lighter or not and how hot a jet lighter flame is :twisted:

jet lighters vary but its usaully about 2000 degrees
but the flame is pinpointed so have really concentrated heat. What are you soldering

The flame is hot, but there isn't very darn much of it... you wan't be able to solder (acctualy called "sweating") pipe. And if you plan on soldering circut boards, a soldering pencil would be better suited to the application.

no i dont plan on sweating i just wondered if it where possible to solder the stuff for circut boards and it is i tried it last night. :D
