Hi all,

I managed to win a great auction on ebay, 6 Humphrey SQEVs (unknown size, definety 1/4" and above) for 20$AU (18.50 US).

One problem...paypal

im new to paypal and ebay, this was my first win. I won it on the 10th and when i payed paypal said it would be cleared by 13th...its now the 16th and it still shows 'uncleared' next to 'add funds from a bank account', yet my bank account transaction record says that paypal took the $51.43 from my account.

I have an email reciet saying i paid for item from paypal also.

so.. is this normal?
if not what do i do about it?

below is a pic of my paypal account screen.

yeah, good luck getting through to paypal through the phone.

I suggest calling them when you have time to spare because I called paypal last night, and even though it said I would have a 15 minute wait, I ended up waiting close to 30 minutes before finally getting through to somebody who couldn't even help me.

but my problem was complicated, I'm sure they can help you with yours.

You have to take into account that Paypal can only move as fast as the bank moves. The payment was probably instant, what took the time was for a bank person to post it. Glad to see it worked out.

Yup, your bank just needed a lil more time (3 days is normal) to do the transaction.
Good luck with the valves! 6 QEV's for 20 bucks?! Thats a damn good deal!
