Eh.. The hobo blaster doesn't exist anymore (well it does, but the barrel popped out after I tried to fire a really tight-fitting golf ball). I never bothered fixing it since I have too many guns already.

at some point... the only problem is ignition, i don't have anything atm, maybe just a hole and a wand lighter.

Well then you better get on it.
For ignition, I would just put to pins into the tater and hook them up to a piezo grill ignitor

I don't think that would work Fishyboy, the current would earth through the moist potatoe flesh and not through the pins i thinky.
