There isn't much in the way of requirements to do that. Most people can walk and stand without much assistance.

.. though it's good to see it done by someone from eastern europe, the Aussies have been holding their flag high for a while in this department but Poland should be on a similar level of national inebriation and to my knowledge this is the first time we've seen it

Actually, many of them were smashed to a bloody pulp when the tanks rolled over them.
