Why is this happening to me ? The M82A1 confiscation, and then this ...
After cops and firefighters, only the ambulance services are left to be called ...

Took off, then I realised the Rogallo was way too much tail heavy, I stalled 200 meters further, and landed 20' high up in the trees.

You called the fire service to get your RC plane out of a tree

If I paid taxes in your area it would irk me slightly.

They were a few streets from the crash site, and they are very kind. Anyway, the week-end not much happens, so they were willing to help.

Not to mention a 1/4 kilo of lithium was stuck in a tree.

I did ... But it appears it was spot on the Center of Lift, so it pitched up, flew too much slow and at the end stalled 40' in the air.

Demon, I know I that I don't know much about rc planes, but what if you bumped the sensitivity down just a hair for the pitch control? Or even up so it would be more responsive, but it may be too responsive then.

HAHA. I had an RC heli crash into a street light and the blades got wrapped up in the power line. The power company answered my call and came out with a truck to rescue it for me. It was ridiculous.

Yeah, tail heavy planes are not fun to fly... Why didn't you just land it soon as you realised? Ah, well at least you got it back.

Electronic specs?

Recovery was impossible since the aircraft pitched up over a massive row of 20' trees (Yes, the only ones of the whole damn 40k square meters terrain). At 40', I stalled while trying to get the hell out of there.

2200 mah 3s Li-Po
40A ESC
1200Kv brushless (300W)
Two 9g servos and a LP5DSM transmitter

And on another note, who the hell voted for the plane ?

This.

At least you'll get a chance to make repairs and improvements.

And lay off warhead already. He offered harmless input and you shut him down.

In this case yes, but otherwise I cant stand it when he ask without searching before.

And I am going to get myself a Bixler (Easystar clone) with fpv gear for it. I already found how to convert my netbook to a completly handheld ground station with the help of an Hauppage RF NTSC to USB device (gets a little heavy to hold, but it should go fine).
