Tuning up a Power Wheel

For the summer I'm going to buy a Power Wheel and tune it up. Here's a picture.

Pocket car... ...I was wondering if anyones knows of any electric motor with at least 125cc? If I can't find a good electric motor, I'll just convert the whole thing to run on gas. I'll change the tires and the bearings. I'll probably reinforce some of the important things with metal. Anyone know how to make this thing drift?...I also might add a sequential manual transmission for a shifter pocket car...

you know cc means cubic centimeter, right?

simply, go to a used car parts store, and get a starter motor, then get a really good battery, you know the rest

says you can get 30 mph

Lol yeah, I never knew what it really was but I know it has to do with power or something...

Thanks for that. Can I add a transmission to a starter motor?

i think it would be easier (and better) to get a small go-kart and tune that then set then sit the body on that. just an idea

but that would not be as much fun.And you could not brag that you have the world's fastest powerwheels.

I think you will have trouble sitting on it.

no, you would still technically be in a powerwheels. for more room and if your body working skills are good you can cut the power wheels in half then fit plastic and bondo it smooth, then paint it and reapply the stickers.

It seems like it would be the fastest go kart that looks like a powerwheels then :? oh well who cares. It will be awsome anyway :D

I fit in it fine. I just have to crouch a little. If you can fit on a pocket bike you can fit in a Power Wheel.

I think I'm just going to build this from scratch. I'm still going for a Power Wheels size though. I'm not going to waist $300 on a Power Wheels. Maybe I can have my little cousin's Barbie Power Wheels....

get plastic imitation diamond steel and put it on the car so you wont look as queer, no offence, but i would laugh if i saw somebody my age riding that thing
