Just realized that I´m here for more than 2 years
When I started making airguns, I never thought I would make this far
and I owe that to you all, you are kind like my second family now
So I took a research about all my posts over these two years, and selected some of them to make a video
BTW, my first post
And, most important, the post that kept me going when I was about to give up (when I was going through ball valve -> piston valve, the piston valve just doesn´t seal/open, and I can´t find the right materials)
cheers!

You can definitely see from the video how your cannons have just kept getting better and better over time
That's a good idea having the sketchbook of ideas, I might do something like that with my designs.

Wyz, I have got to say, you are doing pretty well, I may have been here for just over a year now, but I have see alot of good things from you. Nothing that has made me think twice. Nice job. Oh and when are you gonna post some of those plans at the end of the video?

The first design that was shown was my first design of a full metal ball valve gun, that´s almost 3 years ago. All the design has changed a lot, the last rifle now has a bigger chamber, that PCP layout has a BTB style counter balanced hammer valve... So probably they won´t be made.

Everyone's first few posts are usually the best. Here's my first post from almost six years ago
My English seems very poor back then...
i was wondering can you use a butterfly valve on a pneumatic spudgun like they did on mythbusters with the chicken gun it worked for them and was air tight.
im a newbie here but i have built several combustion and i thought i wuld try a golf ball pneumatic with the simplicity of a butterfly valve it looks like it can release air fast enough
Yours isn't too bad, wyz:
My first piston valve airgun,10bar operation pressure, shots BBs and nails.
I know is not very good, it needs a bolt action,a stock...but I'm a 16 years old student,I can't pay a lot of time and money on it.
It would be cool to make a Spudfiles compilation video. Perhaps if we got some members all to upload to a file hosting website (there are plenty of free ones) and then a few members take a crack at making a video.

wow, never thought MrCrowley had considered ball valves
I remember the first time I made a leak-free full metal, me and my friend charged with our bike pump to the max(100 psi ?) we could, and we were thinking like "wow 100 psi! That´s really really high"

I remember when I built a copper QEV gun (about a week ago) and yesterday I charged it with my air compressor to the max (120psi) I could, and I thought "wow, 120psi! That's really really high!"
I really need to get myself a fridgy...

Something like this?
Video removed by BTB , content against forum rules.
Good video Wyz, makes me realize I've wasted my time here...

Yeah something along those lines. I did one myself awhile ago here:

My first post the night after I joined, about what to use as a piston seal:
I use bike (inner tube) tire rubber.
Bolt it onto your piston and cut down to size.
pretty damn to the point

My first post not too long ago
Could anyone tell me what the normal FPS for a simple pneumatic spud gun is at 100PSI? mines firing at about 150 FPS with a cork, is this low or normal? (sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new here)
