This is the new gun im about to buy. It has a 20 in bull barrel and a cool looking stock. I was looking for something that was accurate and cheap to shoot and this is what I found. Im going to go to a gun shop to see it and hold it before I make my mind about it. It will also have a new type of scope mounted to it called a sweet .22 by BSA. It specifically compensates for bullet drop for different weighted bullets. This whole set up will cost around 400.00 dollars but is well worth it.

You can look into getting one of those accurizing kits for the 10/22.

Match barrel and a stock that free-floats the action, (not the barrel), provide quite a bit of accuracy from a Ruger 10/22.
