Adviced Needed(non-spudgun)

Well you all know its firework season so me and my friends were going to have some fun before cricket practice today with some small ones.....
I got some 15mm pipe and shoved a modded cascade(firework)into the pipe and drilled a hole in it for the wick to come out,i then glued the end caps on and left over night,modded cascades blow up and make a f'ing loud bang.
so after cricket practice I thought I would show it off,the practice was held next to my school but on another school grounds after school hours.
to make a long story short me and my friend lit it and as soon as we lit it our principal saw us and BOOM! pipe ripped to schreds and principal f'ed off as we disobeyed him even though we had lit it before he saw us,anyway I have to se him tomorrow with my friend and since it wasn't on his school grounds and after school can he suspend us or give us a punishment from school e.g a detention?
what do you guys think I should do?the cops shouldn't get involved as it was only a very small offence(im not sure if it is even an offence). Do you think we should complain or "testify" if he suspends us?because im pretty sure he can't as its not on his grounds and after school,what should we do if he does "try" to suspend us without getting parents involved?

Were you wearing school uniform or were you on your way home from school then you are still seen as a student in a grey area still a resposible student of your school etc so.Thatsd why if kids fight after school thye can still get busted for it because they are still a student and they are an "embassidor"(sp?) for the school at that time.

I think it's going to depend on state/city/township rules and regulations/laws. I also think it's going to be more sever then your considering because you used a pipe, aka PIPE BOMB! I know if you were a citizen of the USA you would be faceing federal charges and faceing up to 25 years in federal prison, all because of 9/11/01, created the terrerizum (sp) act. Good luck to you, expect on needing it.

we werent wearing uniform,but with the pipe thingy its not really a bomb it just make one hell of a bang,and its using fireworks that you can buy 72 of them for $6,I didnt use like black powder and stuff and the pipe doesnt blow up(just rips open), would that still be considered a pipe bomb?Its practically a firework in a piece of pipe.

At least on the US federal level, there is no special penelty for "pipe bombs".
...at that, it's legal for one to manufacture and use high expsosives, so long as they don't sell them.

Of course, you arn't in the US.

good news:
i went to see him this morning with my mate and he gave us a warning and said that he had to search our bags and if we disagreed he would call the cops who would then search us then possibly charge us so we let him search our bags and that was it.

damn it, I had a bad day,another problem...me and another mate were messing around pushing each other for fun and stuff and when i pushed him he knocked this girl in my class down,20min later she found she broke her ipod(LCD smashed) so blamed it on us(she could of done it after the fall)anyway i said ill take it in to get it under insurance/warranty as she has the docket but she wont let me and says i have to buy her a the new generation ipod(her was 1st gen ipod nano she wants the 2nd generation)she wont let my buy a 2nd hand one of trademe(ebay for NZ)and she wont let me claim it under the warranty and says its my problem and wont give me the docket....so do i have to pay for a new one?what happens if i can claim it under warranty but she wont give me the docket?should i even bother?should i say its her fault?

any suggestions?

She can't ask you for a new iPod (5th gen) because you have to replace it with one of the same type/equal value.

That's like recieving 500 dollars worth of property damage to your car and suing for a new car that costs 50,000 (bad example, but you get my point). it's stupid and pointless.

ofcourse i wasnt going to get her a better ipod but what do if she wont give me the docket,spose i wont buy her a new one b/c its still under the 12month warranty.

btw ipod nanos have their own generation the first one was 1st gen and the new 2nd gen just came out.

Oh, it was an iPod Nano. Those things are flimsy peices of crap, my friend broke his when he sat on it (accidentaly). My monster of a 4th gen can take me sitting on it, without even getting hurt.

Tell her if she want it replaced you will replace it but only to the point of
getting on the same type 1st generation. When you do this where a micro
recorder of some type and have it recording if she turns you down. walk
away and turn the tape over to like the principle only turn it over to some one that has no reason to tamper with it. If she trys any thing ie press charges or of other such thing.

I don't know about other states, but in Maryland you had better not get cought with even the parts of potenchel(sp) makeings of any kind of bomb, also i beleave any kind of explosive in a pipe is considered a pipe bomb. I heard on the news this past summer the Baltimore County Police arrested 3 people dureing a drug raid, not for drugs they didn't find any drugs, they found the makeings of pipe bombs! Bought all 3 up on federal charges, court case still pending.

As far as the ipod goes, tell her to get you the oridgenual receipt, and all that came in oridgenual box, give her the oridgenual price, you keep what you just paid for, she takes the money gets her self a new one, all is fair that way.

how did he/she get them replaced?through the original warranty of 1year?
i can get a used one on TradeMe for $200 and sell everything else that comes with it excluding the nano for about $25 (she wants a brand new nano but her's was used so i wont spend extra on a new one)

should it even be my fault?i mean i pushed some guy that went into her,shouldnt that just be accident?and do you think the warranty will cover it?
