It wasn't a stupid movie, there was Jolie posterior

I think it could be done. If you're swinging the barrel round as you shoot, you're imparting a sideways motion that should continue after the projectile leaves the barrel (in the same way that a bomb continues to move forward after being dropped from an aircraft) so in theory I think the idea is conceivable.

I've had very poor luck with bananas. I tend to just get banana spray more than anything that looks like a projectile. It may work at greatly reduced pressure. I'll have to try it.

My assumption was that his ammo was a sphere, otherwise you are correct.

My favorite part about it when he goes" that's my best friend"
And the guy was banging his girl...
I stated it was an OK action if you're in a silly mood.
Sort of like "Shoot 'em up" also IMO.

I sense a potential "mythbuster's" topic.
maybe someone should email them on it(?)

It would be fun watching them try to break Newton's first law of motion.

The Mythbusters actually just tested this one, and the new episode aired today. And, yes, they deemed the "Wanted" bullet curving myth busted.
EDIT: Cherynoble beat my to it
"i wonder if i can do that a little lowe- oh apparently no"
"If a little is good.....more is better"
My last words: "Ooooo! what does that do!?!?"
