Hey there, recently built my first pneumatic with a sprinkler valve which is awesome. Now I am making a 2" piston valve gun. I was able to create the piston already from plywood discs and some rubber. However, now I have to create the gun. Here is my design:
<a href="" title="piston valve design thing by electrictape22, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2488/420 ... 15a5_o.jpg" width="640" height="400" alt="piston valve design thing"></a>
I have three questions though...
Will it work? If so how could the design be better? Finally, how would I make the 1" barrel go into the 2"? I think the answer for the third one is with a coupler and file down the inside, but I'm not sure.

(and yes, the picture is terrible.)

What about something like this?

Still, how do I put in the 1" barrel?
