check it

Here it is! Wohoo, finally done. Took me 3 days to construct, but I made sure i constructed it well. Man, this thing packs a wallop. We hooked it up to my dads compressor, and when i flipped the valve, wham, a wall of air came out. This thing is a monster. Im still dizzy from all those PVC fumes, because i glued everything today, and it literally took me ALLLL day. But it was worth it. It also cost $70...burned a hole thru my wallet.

It will shoot a golf ball approx. 1200 yards. i dunno if it's illegal or not, but the cops probably won't have a problem with it as long as i don't shoot anyone, or i give them a demonstration of some sort.

DIAGRAM of how this piston-exhause valve works.

that looks like sch40 to me, i think its 2"

walrus, if you were planning on using SDR21 for a barrel in a coaxial you NEED to sleeve it, a long time ago someone's barrel busted in their piston gun because SDR is too thin

It's 2" sch40. I wad it with dixie cups to shoot golf balls :D

Yes, I use a rubber coupler and a 3" end cap for the piston and sealer. Works great. I haven't tested at higher pressures, but no leaks or anything, its awesome. It was very cheap, too.

***EDIT***

damnit, i have no where to shoot this thing. I should have made a smaller one.

u can also sleve 2" sch 40 into 2" sch 40 by cutting a slice out and making it fit, for golfballs

I'm not quite sure what everything is for. I see the exhaust valve, but what is the Blowgun for.

Maybe it's a double-piston thingy, with a piston venting another?
