Very nice, you will be happy with the power difference when you take it up to higher pressure, though it will be loud! Some pictures of the piston assembly would be welcome, as I imagine it is made of standard parts and of interest to anyone who might want to replicate the design
How did you rifle the barrel and is it effective? Copper isn't too hard a material, even compared to lead.

I'll take a picture when my dad is back from soapboxderby.... He tooks my tools whit
The barrel is rifled with a normal riflingtool anyone is using in this forum and its verry effective compared to a normal barrel...
To the loudnes.... Its VERY loud at 11 bars i should wear ear protection at higher pressure...
Edit: found a pipewrench and took photos

Lovely, good to see people are making QDVs using over-the-shelf parts

2 or 3 litre bottle would be better, remember suppressors are like engines - there is no substitute for cubic capacityFreaK_with_GuN wrote:Im going to take a 0.5 liter mezzomix thickwalled bottle that fits perfect on my barrel

Here's another option, port the end of the barrel and fit a sleeve along the whole length of it:
Separating the sleeve into chambers but adding baffles will make it more effective.
