Apologies if this has been posted here... I did try a search but no match.

I just finished skimming all the pneumatic threads and was fascinated to watch people and launchers develop!

Also fascinating was the attempts to design supersonic pneumatics. This thread combines the valveless design with some big pressure http://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/ind ... c=102604.0

It's interesting... I bought heavily into the argument "you can't propel faster than shockwave velocity of the propellant" though there is evidence to the contrary (or just incorrect interpretation) over the decades.

Impressive experiment, :shock: although the truth, I know if I would have courage to manipulate something like that at such a short distance. :?

Thanks Jack thats crazy FPS...i would love something that shoots anywhere near 1000fps. :)

Sorry to repeat myself but are there no pics of the 2165fps cannon?
