a little bit of cutting and soldering and i came up with this. much easier to aim and shoot, i'll have to do some chrony testing and that but the old version was getting pretty high.

yeah that is a soda water refill CO2 bottle. its threaded on to it, just uses normal 20mm metric thread. all you gotta do it depressurize it and unscrew the valve in it.
also that blowgun is highly modified lol, gets about 3-4 times the flow of a regular one. abit fiddly to do but so much better than a ball valve. less wobble when you open it, i was going for accuracy with this gun.
i've even made a special mold for casting bullets made out of epoxy resin which works quite well.
i also attached a red dot laser onto it which inproves accuracy alot.

OOOHHH. I Like that alot! How much PSI can that thing take? Im making a Marble sniper rifle, and im trying to make it as realistic as possible. I think i might use your design there it has the "look" like I could make a nice PVC sheath around it. Plus, the backwards Barrel sealer........ Nice!

Theres always someone that bangs on about dead space when its hardly anything.
Thats 2 x 90* elbows of unavoidable space, hardly excessive and I think the appearance makes up for any of that.
I've got an entire 90* elbow of nothingness in mine and anyone declaring that to be excessive dead space had better have a much better design of their own.

You mean like one where the projectile is actually resting against the piston valve? 
People also rattle on about fps and what the chart says their design should do so why not point out the weak spots and try to eliminate them? There is also the matter of the zig-zag path the air flow goes through...

Nice going looks way better now.
Possible Modification for the future= With a bit of work you could make it brench loader so you could fire a bit faster

Nicely built, you can access internal parts if need be, good design! I was also wondering about the pressure rating of your chamber? Also what make of soda dispenser? Are they readily available to the public? Or is it a behind the counter/bar type of item?
