As you can see in the pic, the ( now barrel-less) gun doesn't remotely resemble a shotgun.
It's done in a minigun style. It's just in the beginning fase of building, I need to seal everything and paint it etc.
I'll call it ...
OVERKILL
Need help picking a name!!

I have now made my very own QEV, capable of handling pressures over 23 bar.
I basicly moved the "barrel"port inwards and replaced the piston by a tapered piece of neoprene. It actuates at half a bar difference and it's VERY loud at 23 bar!!
I'll use it to actuate the main piston. The QEV will be actuated by the ballvalve I used on the sawed-off.I forked up the blowgun by overtightening!! it simply split.
A buddy of mine gave me a threading machine, wich can thread 1 1/4" max, so this will be my barrel for now.
I have a 1 1/4 inch steel tube a meter long.
The threading machine is so powerful it can lift me up if the tube is held tight in a vice.
maybe later I'll go up to a 2"barrel, but the 1 1/4 valve outlet will restrict flow.
If I keep it the way it is, everything will be over engineered, with everything tuned to maximum performance, wich will suit the name overkill better.
1 1/14 at 23 bar ...it will be plenty powerful for now..( building my way up slowly)
