i bought a orbit watermaster and modded it, but the air goes strait through the gun. I'm useing a bike pump.

any ideas why thats happening?

You aren't filling the chamber fast enough. Either get a faster pump, put a large ball valve prior to the sprinkler valve, or fill an air tank and then use that to fill your chamber.

The ball valve would be good, since it would allow you to use your bike pump, plus it acts as a safety. And it would probably be the cheapest solution. Just make sure the opening of the ball valve is at least as big as the inlet of the sprinkler valve.

thanks ill probly use the ball valve. I read through the modding sprinklers post and tried the ideas on that but none really worked.

Not to be mean or anything but did you put the sprinkler valve on in the right direction? Where are you filling the gun, in the chamber or from the sprinkler valve?

i made sure i put it on right. I'm filling from in the chamber.
