Hi, Ive made a very simple pneumatic spud gun, ball valve, single chamber blah blah. But I'm looking to get into a little more power, and I like the way a double chamber cannon looks.

Can anyone tell me some simple designs to start out with, and I am kind of interested in using sprinkler valves but I don't really no the advantage of them, how to set them up, or how to use them, lol.
Yes I am a noob, but any help would be appreciated.

Sprinkler valves will give you a tremendous increase of power over a ball valve when modded, and are easier to trigger.

Well welcome to the forums. Dual-chambers do look cool, and depending on how you set it up, can increase the rate at which the pressure is released. Pretty much anything will be an improement over your ball valve.

Welcome to the forms, my advice would be to look up piston valves and see if you can build one of them. They are #1 cheeper than a sprinkler valve (in my area anyways) #2 they open faster, the only downfall is,you have to build it yourself, just an idea for ya.
trying to decide on a new project, probably something small.

my first pneumatic gun was with a sprinkler valve, simple over under. just look around the showcases. you don't really need too large of a chamber unless you have a really large barrel.
