no, gelatin is like a jiggly solid thing that tastes good, it is nothing like jam.

i think i'm gonna go try the gellatin in the barrel idea, and in the US jelly and jam are used interchangeably (wow i spelled it right the first try) but if you're gonna visit the Queen :queen: definitely use conserve, it sounds more sophisticated (wow got that right too) man i can't find a smilie that looks sophisticated

to me jam is usually another fruit besides grapes to me grapes are jelly and nothing else is jelly.

@Eddbot: Oh of course, I have scones, tea and crumpets with the Queen regularly, and I use northing less than one's porshest voice, you know, adding in "r"'s that rarlly shorden't be thar, old chap. Tally-ho lad!
