Polymorph is the UK brand name for Polycaprolactone, and the name probably reached common use on this site because it's mainly only been used on UK built cannons.
You may probably find it under the name of Shapelock.

Update:
Finished the pump. It works but it's wayyy to slow. Going to buy a track pump when I go to pick up my lathe most likely..

Update:
She has a stock now, modeled after
this one.
It's not quite as aggressively curvy, but works well.
We go to get the lathe on Friday..
