I could always build a tank around it..if only I had some spare tracks lying around...

I did some more field testing today with my dad and, I'm actually a bit disappointed...

When I fire it...I can't see the spud!!! It is so incredibly fast, with a clear line of sight for over 300 meters, aiming at 45 degrees, I could not see anything flying...
Only below 10 bar I could see it flying off (very fast , the first 300 meters, before becoming invisible)
So wether I use ,say 12 bar, or 25, I can't see a difference...I only get a louder bang and more recoil...
Nor do I have any clue on the distance I'm getting..
so what's the fun in that??

I could go and destroy some stuff with it,to see what it can do, but I have got no junk anywhere, because I recently moved.

I have an old couch, shot a hole trough the back, but that is hardly impressive, since it's made from pressed cardboard.( damned IKEA junk!!!)It was a rather large whole though..10 by 35 cm...
Well...it has way more power than anyone needs.I could probably break my wrists if I were to shoot lead ammo...so I guess it lives up to it's name..

haha if you dont like it ill buy it from you......

kidding........

if i were you, i would set the thing up with some kind of accurate ammo and iron sights, and use it like a sniper. ive found that higher power cannons are no fun to just shoot. youve gotta go for accuracy..........

that sounds powerful tho......

NEWS!!!!
Overkill now has onboard CO2!!!
Check it out!!

Thanks to the paintball bottle it's easy to fill overkill to 300 psi!!

Pssshhht, and it's ready to go, 300 psi at just under 2"means BIG-A$$ BOOM!!!

I got rid of the ( somewhat narrow) fitting wich used to hold the barrel and attached the barrel directly to the valve's out-port.
Result is a shorter look, while power went up!

I redid the paintjob..well...I actually could not get more army green to do a touch-up, so I used flat black. It now has a (very) dark camo kind of look.
The damage in the picture was done with a 1.75 "marble ( actually MADE out of marble, not glass)at "only" 200 psi.
Well, I'm done bragging, it's time to see the pics...

Yep...Overkill just went from scary, to scary and then some!!

happy about the look...

At an angle. You can see, while holding the gun, I can look down and check the gauges. One to indicate bottle pressure( 800+ psi) and the other to show the canon's pressure

As I needed to patch up some paint and didn't have more army green...it is turning black a little more each time.( dum-dum-dum-dum--I see a spudgun and I want it painted bla-ack..)

entry hole into IKEA-grade stuff. It was the only thing I could find that I was willing to sacrifice.I have an old tv, but I don't want to leave pieces of it in the woods..

And ofcourse the exithole is bigger.Lighter is a size referance.Overkill is a pneumatic, not a combustion gun.<br />The damage is at around 200 psi.It could probably have shot though more layers.Imagine what 300 psi does...Notice the board has a crack in it..The impact actually broke the entire back of the board

Poor duckies!I hope you weren't serious!

I did shoot a ssshhhttload of ( small) marbles at once, like oversized buckshot...
Just ..like...up into the sky at an angle..( level they would roll out)

That's what I call hard rain!

well...you do realise it would take about 500 bb's a shot.
That would be too expensive for my taste..

Still debating wether or not to blast that old tv I got..I just don't want to leave a mess in the woods or on some farmers field.People talk around here.
I live in a small village nowadays, where a biketheft makes it onto the front page of the local paper( for real!!!)
And I sure as hell aint gonna take the peices back home!
It would be SO much fun though ( well hell, I could buy 500 bb's just for that one occasion)

It wouldnt realy be that bad if you put a tarp down. The cannon looks great by the way.

I wasnt serious aobut the duckies. Skeet shooting? im sure youd be master of the shotgun range.

anyway, make a big lead cannonball.... just dont break any bones from the kick.

and to catch the peices of the TV, just dig a big hole behind it...... then fill in the hole?

im not really sure. but i would like to see that happen..........

And just bury the remains...mmm..how morbid hahaha

I do hope some day I can take it to an airgun range ( local laws..never mind) and shock the hell out of those guys that ever so proudly weild a .50 draginslayer or dead-on -high end PCP's
Bet I can make a bigger impact!?!?!

bam..bam...chkk..bam..BOOOMMM!!
and watch all those heads turn in horror!!!
wtf was that?!?!?!

One SWEET gun you have there. The on-board CO2 tank IMO takes away a bit of the look, but power>looks if I may say so.

It way sound stupid, but maybe having a 3/4" barrel of abour 3-5m in length for smaller ammo and for maybe taking down the the air-gun range?

Do you have a dump year your village? If so, just lay down a tarp under the TV and unload a barrel full of BBs at it and take the remains down to the dump. :

I took the pressure washer handle off to use on the 900 psi strafer.
It will be replaced by a blowgun.
Currently, overkill is disasembled.
I'm still debating wether or not to give it a break-open barrel or a sliding barrel breach.

Next week OVERKILL will probably be back in working order.

Congradulations...You've inspired me to make my "colossus" CO2 powered.

I love this cannon, very much the same look I try to achieve.
