Is it Bolt action?

YOu did say bolt cannon or does it shoot "bolts".

Nice gun.
I find it interesting that your solenoid valve can block off the pressure. The sprinkler valve i bought's solenoid valve can't hold squat (in air pressure).

Anyway, like to see damage pics!
happy SPuddin'

It's an extrmeley bad idea to use SDR pipe as a pressure chamber; have fun diggin' out shrapnel. :P

yeah i know but its all i had and i dont take it over 85 psi (i usually do about 75) so i think it should be fine if im not rough with it.Its rated to 160 psi and im not going to take it to 100.

The pressure rating of the pipe won't matter. It's rated to 160 psi; big deal. IF, that's IF, I ever made a launcher from SDR pipe it would be a very low power combustion. IF it was a pneumatic, I would scrap it immediately. IF it was a case of life or death, then I wouldn't use it oover 20 psi.
Usually dropping a pressurized cannon can cause an elbow to crack or something. If you drop that hunk o' junk, the whole chamber is going to frag out on you. Then you get your very own article in the newspaper, just like the recent Ryan Meerdink.

Okay ill put a new chamber on it tommorow the reducer tee is threaded so ill unscrew it and put a new chamber on it.

Luckily for you, the light-weight thinwall shrapnel won't do as much damage as normal sch40 :)

It should be fine.. I would wear hearing/eye protection and a decent pair of gloves though.

I still would leave a safety margin on it though, I wouldn't take 260psi rated pipe up to 200psi. Like i've said many times i've had pipe rated to 260psi fail at 110psi, though I think it was due to rapid decompression and compression of the chamber.

I reccomend doing what your doing by just keeping it at 75 psi.
My first pneumatic was made using unrated pvc and i took it up to 90 psi.
The endcaps bent outwards :? but i had no leaks or shrapnel parties.
Just be careful.
