What size are you looking for? I have a 6 gallon tank sitting in my garage that I would love to get rid of.

You can usually get portable tanks like this
People use them for car racing events for pumping up car tyres that go flat. So check a car auto shop or something.

Can you refill them with a bike pump?

It'd take you awhile but yeah I don't see why not.
It should have a fitting on the the tank to fill it up, so just replace it with a schrader.

Yeah the ones you get at an autoshop like the one MrCrowley posted can be filled with a bike pump but it going to take a hella long time.

I have an air tank exactly like that one and it already comes with a schrader for filling, and it has a valve so you can turn the output on and off as you like. I just connect it to a compressor used to fill car tires most of the time, and it works perfectly. I also got a $20 regulator from lowes which works perfectly and helps to conserve as much air as possible. If you want, tomorrow I can probably post a picture of my set up for you.
