I am new to Spudfiles, and this is the first cannon i have ever made. It is powered by a Schrader valve (attached to my bike pump). The valve is just a ball valve It is six feet long and can (and has) fired anything i could fit into the barrel. the range is 300 yards as a very rough estimate @ 120 psi. 200 psi is a different story, and also the maximum i want to take this cannon up to (it kicks hard at this pressure). Its a fun cannon to shoot and i am looking forward to the next one.

It looks kind of ghetto, but that just gives it character

Is that chamber made out of steel?

looks sort of ghetto but hey thats the way alot of people start. i'm going to have to agree with elitesniper, super glue is crap don't use it it probely leaks at 10 psi use epoxy or jb weld instead because it hardens into plasic when it dries and can handle 200 psi+ mabey more.

I know JB weld has been used on CO2 systems, so it can probably hold 800+ psi.
As to the gun, it looks pretty good for a first. I'd deffinitley replace the ball valve with a superior sprinkler valve. It shifts the gun less and provides more power.
Welcome to spudfiles by the way.

You should drill and tap the hole and use a screw in shrader valve....
