This is my valveless shotgun, the v stand for valveless and the 13 is because i felt like it.

There is a rubber o ring inside the chamber where it connect to the barrel, and when you put the ammo in the barrel it is pushed tightly up against the o ring which forms a seal in the chamber, the ammo is then held in place by the trigger so that when the chamber is filled the ammo doesnt fire out untill the trigger is pulled which unblocks the ammo's path out of the barrel. I wanted to make this gun because the only other one ive seen using the valveless idea is a pellet gun by JSR, and also i wanted to make a gun with a trigger like you would have on a real firearm.

The gun is primarily a shotgun for close range shooting, but once i have some money i am going to make a long sniper barrel for it, and hopefully also i will make a magazine for it so that it can be loaded quickly. I run it at 110psi and at the moment the main ammo is potato with a metal cap infront of it to stop the trigger shearing the potato in half when it is put under pressure, but i will be making some shells for it in a day or two,

Now on to the pics and videos

This is just a pic of the whole gun

hopefully there will be more videos to come soon

using a potato it has a tiny leak but i usually fire it after a few seconds so im not sure if it has any effect, but using a shell made from a drywipe pen it seals perfectly

ohh this forum and my fantasi gives me too much ideas on things i can make if i get money!

this is one i could have tried with a hybrid. if the "nail" breaks on peak pressure there will be a new generation of hybrid valves.

some of the ideas members has given me is:
smallest hybrid, DDT test in different materials, rifling and automatic guns

the only thing i have money for right now is the hybrid and after that i think the DDT test comes.

but this is traveling off topic from me now.
what do you have in mind to make as your next gun?

sorry for the off topic rabbling gup there i just had to get it out!

I think it would take a fair bit of force to break the nail, although if you could get it to break it might work.

Money is always the problem with these things, our imaginations can think up the most insane ideas of new guns and ways of doing things but we can never afford to make them reality.

my next gun is possible going to be a revolver of some sort unless i think of something better

but it dont need to be a nail. it can be wood since a nail would just bend.
and use of larger barrels gives more foce to the projectile.

yeah money is some sh!t

and the next gun you are thinking of should be really advanced

yh i think wood would be a better option, this has just given me a brilliant idea, not sure if it will work or not though.

yep, people who dont need it have to much and people who do need it have none

It will be advanced, if i make the revolver i will make it as true to a real revolver as possible, but i also have a few other designs up my sleeve
