Hahaha, you reckon he will contact you and offer it for 13 bucks mate? Why would he do that when he can stiff your ass and get more cash for it? I hope you left a real nasty feedback letter to this a-hole. You bid for it and won it, you are the rightful owner.
Find out where he lives and we will arrange a posse....

do you think that the guy would be 'ok' to the same extent if you had accidentally offered 5000$ for it ? nahh he would like to get that 5000$

it's possible that he preffers to pay you that 50$ just becasue he know how stupid of him was to not to put a minimal price or something

I've heard of a guy who sold about 50 ha of land for 10 zl (5$) just becasue he didn't specify a minimal price....

I told him what I could have done and he gladly said if he found any more valves he would contact me privately and sell then for the price I should have gotten it for. I know people lie but this guy seems cool and Has access to so much cool stuff *drools on keyboard* so until then I shall wait. :banghead:
