How about trying a burst disk grenade... It would take up less space, and be just as effective.

1. Please learn to spell out your words and use correct punctuation. This is a forum, not text.
2. Metadyne just came out with a under barrel cannon, You might want to check it out.
3. I can't think of a way to do a homemade under barrel Nerf launcher, unless you use some sort of pre-loaded burst disk setup.

also, even this is not really the sprit of this site, people do sell m203 paintball shells. Not sure about launchers for non RAP guns though

I has been done on several occasions. I am going to link you here. It has several types of launchers for paintball, some of which have detail and some of which do not.

Now, I'm also going to advise you. I don't know how much experience you have with pneumatics, but I'm going to assume it is minimal (sorry, that's just the impression I get when I read bad text). Most of these types of launchers are using high pressures, usually around 850psi or more. DO NOT use those kinds of pressures with knowledge and experience.

Yes, you could build one that has a lower pressure, but to compensate for the lower pressure, you will have to make a larger chamber. This will raise the weight considerably, and make it much more awkward and bulky.

Anyway, if I sound like an @$$, sorry. But you really should work on the grammar a bit.
