You almost made me say a dirty word

That thing is a beast. Nice work.

BTW: You should edit the post instead of make a double post.

Now this is a nice gun! what a beast.
Do you think the weight of the piston is a issue? i think it looks heavy.
But it sure looks like the power in it is well enough!!
Gratz to the nice gun!

Nice. Wouldnt the cannon be MUCH MUCH more compact if you would turn the barrel around, so it goes over the chamber?

Maybe give it a lick of paint to cover up those primer stains.

Wow this thinks a best it kind of reminds me of jooks gun. Although why wouldn't you spin the barrel 180 degrees to the gun would be compact. Also why did you go down to 2 inches after the chamber? Other than that your gun is sweet.

He went down to two inches to create the rotating connection I presume.

The piston looks very ghetto, glad to see it works, I just think you'll be servicing it a lot.

If you don't want to have it stand up on the sprinkler, you could use a second tee and extend the chamber a bit out the back..and keep the rest under the barrel.

You mean for a piston?

I'm not sure if this would be helpful, but I think JSR posted a topic on how to make homemade plastic.

It would be pretty easy to clean up that piston and get rid of that wood.

Get another 3 inch coupler like you have. Then get a slip bushing that goes to threaded 1/2 or 3/4 inch. Find a short threaded bolt that fits (not hard to find in the hardware section of Ace or Home depot). Use the bolt and a few appropriate sized washers and Sealing face materiel then you are set. That is how I built Mine

edit: Forgot to mention that this is a sweet launcher. Love the mega sized cannons!
