All Metal Coaxial Sniper
This is my latest gun, it has been finished for about a month now, but i have been mucking around with this and that adding aesthetics mostly.
The Gun
It is a standard bullpup coaxial piston launcher. The piston is a solid rubber test tube stop sanded down and epoxied into a 3/4" piece of copper that slides in a nipple. As I wanted a bullpup config I went overkill with a pilot and used a 1/4" QEV. The hose I bought was far far to big but with the large pilot and a great degree of laziness on my part I kept it.
Aesthetics
I slid a piece of 40mm DWV around the gun to give it a more realistic look, I used the handle from my slingshot for a grip, I added a Bi-pod, 4x Scope, functional Muzzle Break and a dummy mag, then sprayed everything matt black. The Bi-Pod is pretty crap, the scope is pretty useless (never zeroed it etc) and dummy magazine does nothing haha. Looks cool though.
Power
The power of this gun is great, even at low pressure I can drive nails into an old pool table from 20m or so away. Since I got a fridge compressor they clean through. The gun is so damn loud though haha
Specs
Chamber: about a meter of 3/4" Galvanized Steel
Barrel: A bit over a meter of 10mm Copper
Firing Valve: Coaxial Piston
Pilot Valve: 1/4" QEV piloted by blow gun
Operating Pressure: I estimate I have been using it up to 200psi (no gauge so keeping it safe with the fridgy) but I assume its all metal construction can take plenty more
I have probably forgotten something so please ask/comment away. Thanks to Mitchza89 for original design and plenty of help along the way.

very nice gun..just a few things tho...umm is everything zap straped on to the gun ..Lol..also y did u put the hose on dere..?i would of got a T n put it in there in stead of the long arse hose:P..but thats just me..nice gun none the less..keep it up
Thanks mate, yep its covered in zip ties, they are only temporary until I mold bondo or similar over it. And the hose was to allow bullpup configuration, a tee would not have allowed that. I am aware it is far to long, I just removed it actuallysmexysmileyPiston wrote:very nice gun..just a few things tho...umm is everything zap straped on to the gun ..Lol..also y did u put the hose on dere..?i would of got a T n put it in there in stead of the long arse hose:P..but thats just me..nice gun none the less..keep it up

buy a gauge and a good air hose (or hydraulic line) and let see what this beast can really do
Children are the future
unless we stop them now
unless we stop them now
Thanks guys will do.
@Poland: Just picked up 15m of airhose with a burst pressure of 1200psi so ill grab a gauge and im set Ill have to take it somewhere else to crank the pressure up cause im in a suburban area and its already deafening Im thinking ill take it to 400psi, maybe more :p
And I added a poor quality photo of my fridge compressor
