My question is how can I attach the tire valve to the cooper pipe?
And how to attach the cooper pipe to the end of the duster?
this is my airgun design

Get your hands on a tire valve that is threaded, drill and tap a hole thru an end cap and attach the tire valve, put a nut on the outside and tighten it up u could even put an o-ring in there to just op make sure it seals

Sorry, you do not need threads for a Schrader valve.spud downunder wrote:Get your hands on a tire valve that is threaded, drill and tap a hole thru an end cap and attach the tire valve, put a nut on the outside and tighten it up u could even put an o-ring in there to just op make sure it seals
There are no threads in your car wheels.
Just shove the valve through the smallest hole that it will fit through.
The chamber pressure will seal it as well as the best piston valve.
Here's a non-thread Schrader tested to 550 psi:

there is a simpler solution.... switch to malleable iron pipes and fittings.... then you can easily build s imple compression fitting to hold the shrader in place

Easier than drilling a hole and shoving in the Schrader?POLAND_SPUD wrote:there is a simpler solution.... switch to malleable iron pipes and fittings.... then you can easily build s imple compression fitting to hold the shrader in place
(Also cheaper?)
Is there anything wrong with the word copper? Cooper is kind of obviously a completely different pronunciation and since you wrote it four times it seems almost deliberate. But maybe it's just me being picky.
