What can I use to get high psi?

ok what type of container can be obtained and be pressurized to high pressures such as 1000 to 2000 psi but is still have a relatively small container relatively small?

and where can i get one ?:D

A scuba cylinder and miniature HPA bottle/paintball container would be the ideal solution. Multi-stage airgun pumps are available which can reach over 3000 psi fairly easily (mainly intended for topping up HPA/airgun bottles). If your filling it yourself 1000 psi isn't out of the question for an (empty) certified CO2 cylinder. Hydrotest it first.

I hope you know how to safely construct cannons to use this kind of pressures. 2000 Psi is nothing to play around with.

yeah i know its rather dangerous ... thats why i said 1000ish psi haha i just need a sturdy heavy duty container ... and its for a auto gun im making ..

imagine the recoil of a 1000psi shot ... be like a nuclear bomb launcher of some sort haha

1000 psi shots aren't anything to be playing around with either.

As inonickname mentioned, HPA is the way to go. Your local paintball dealer can assist getting you what you need, not to mention the dozens of stores and support services on the internet.

but honestly, have you really thought out the whole idea ??
do you want to reg down that tank and use it as a portable source of air, or do you want to build a HPA gun?

if it's the second option, then - what valve do you want to use and can it handle HPA? in other words, are you sure you can build a hpa gun ?

i haven't thought of the idea much but i did order a regulator off eBay and its coming soon and the bottle i have at the moment takes about 400 ish psi and when the regulator comes, i want to construct a semi auto air rifle with the double ball valve idea... but with a piston valve and blow gun etc.. i just wanted extra shots so that brought me to the larger chamber.. so yeah ( im building and air rifle cos i cant buy one yet -.- and the learning experience is great )

when i was reading that i was like 0.o ok ... haha then my mind went blank haha well a scuba tank hey.... how small/big are they(going for smallest one)? and how much psi can i get into one?

Small enough to strap to your back and be moderately mobile in the water. They will be charged at 3000+ psi, and contain enough gas to fill a small HPA setup many times. You can't refill them yourself unless you have a scuba compressor or are willing to be very persistent with a PCP airgun pump.
