After seeing Gippetos piston valve I decided to make one similair. I bought the tee and bushings but as I started to assemble it I relized that the cap wont fit and have room to slide. Also is it ok to put the screws on the outside of the plastic plate on the bushing.(pic included)
Heres a link to Gippetos gun.

You can go down to one inch with the guide... that would only leave room for a 1" barrel though.

I dont understand the way you're gonna do the screws. they have to go into the bushing and the tee.

On bushings halfways into it theres a layer of pvc, my question is it ok to put the screws in front of them, where you can see them from the outside.

What kind of cap is that? Your pics are a little blurry. Is it all glued yet?

Oh... that's a 2", right? and there's only like a half inch of opening so it's D/4, so it's ok I guess. I don't know if it will be good for a golf ball gun... is that what you're making? Are you going to epoxy the rubber gasket on it? Are you going to lower the pilot volume?

I know that but I was wondering if you were going to put a bushing at the bottom of it so you can detach it from the chamber if you wanted to.
