Nothing special here really. Just an upgrade on my previous 6mm coaxial. Added a 100cm long brass 6mm barrel, perfect for BBs. Painted black, was previously silver/grey. Everything else is pretty much the same, the only difference is that I can swap out the barrels on this one for when I buy a new length of 8mm brass tube for some ball bearings I have. 6mm barrel has a 10mm copper surround to protect it from getting bent.

Will take it up to 500PSI once I get my fridge compressor finished. In the mean time I take it up to 300PSI with my track pump. Performance is far greater than the previous version (which only had a 20cm barrel).

Na, just wanted something different. An all black look. It's a bit rough (due to vice marks and not removing the previous layer of paint fully) but it's good enough for me.

No chrony. I swear it's been on my wish list for 3 years

any way looks awesome! i like flat black, gives it a nice clean look... how ever you didnt paint the blow gun?? CBF, or is there another reason

did you spray and clear over the top?? i find that clear really protects the paint and/or the finish of polished/buffed metal.

any ways to sum up, that is a top effort by you, and the results are apparently quite good (no dmg pics yet but i cant wait)

A suggestion...make a dovetail from a piece of flat steel by beveling the edges with a file.

Epoxy it on...thus eliminating the hose clamp, and providing a more secure and consistant mount for the scope.

Nice work crowley looks like a nice plinker. You should modify the barrel shroud to work as an integral suppresor and it you could call it the night stalker.

I've never painted a blowgun before. I might do it, just for the hell of it, otherwise i'll just polish it a little bit to get rid of scuff marks. The blowgun is modded by the way, performance was only a little bit less than the push button valve and the push button valve ended up having seating issues at 300PSI.

Yeah, can't even remember what the piston is made from but it looks like a piece of wooden dowel that had (for some reason) a hole through the middle of it because it looks like i've filled it with bondo. There's an o-ring also.

Guess I could. Still have to attach the dovetail with epoxy like you said. I'll give it a ago, got a free afternoon today.

It really should be. At one stage the blowgun, ball valve and QC was mounted under the chamber for this reason but I broke a fitting and can't do that anymore. I used a short length of hydraulic hose (only had one) and it had an elbow on one end which got bent when I was tightening it somehow and when I tried to straighten it, it broke off a 1/4" fitting inside its threads.

If I find a cheap stock online I'll try put it on a stock.

Nothing spectacular. Just a basic demonstration really, not that you guys need it haha. I can hit an apple at 10m two out of three times. Further than that (15m+) and i'm lucky to hit a 10cmx10cm square at 100PSI reliably due to the blowgun trigger (moves the gun), wind, imperfect and light weight BBs/blowby with the .22 pellets.

At 260PSI and using a steel 6mm BB, I managed to hit a 50cmx30 sign from 50m away two out of three times (50m is actually quite far and then if you count in things like cross winds, drop, imperfections on the BB and barrel, recoil, blowgun trigger etc). At 100PSI using the .22 lead pellets; I got a 1" grouping at 10 yards after 6 shots.

Still a fun plinker, I need to sort out a stock (at 260PSI, the recoil on my cheek hurts like a b|tch), possibly a silencer (maybe fake) and a better scope mount.
