i read a couple pages back you typed you need a pipe 500psi max. just wanna see what pressure are you planing to run this at. because even 100psi can be very dangers if your not careful.

and with your last valve drawing are the seals on the rod or on the valve body?

My air tank is 656 PSI max, so around 500? The seals are on the rod, Probably gonna be a rubber washer or something

how are you planing to attach your seals? 500psi is a lot of pressure, it can easily blow something up that isnt made properly
why make it if it dosent shoot?

what keeps air from just going out the back of your valve? Why don't you just buy a pushbutton valve off of McMater-Carr?

your seals are definitely going to blow off if all you're doing is epoxying washers in place. For a design like this you'd need orings and oring grooves

Have you done any searching on the website or even google? The bulk of the questions you have in this thread could be answered if you did a little of your own work

Spoon feed..

O ring gland.. the slot in which the o ring resides.
Image

Properly designed and when placed inside a cylinder, it prevents the o ring from blowing off the piston, or rod.

O ring is too big to fit through the space between the piston and cylinder wall. This keeps the ring from blowing off.

Only results when I searched up o ring was deals, a what is an o ring page and a crap load of store, and I basically get it, its like a space that the oring can fit into, but can't get out of once sealed. Also, the seal will have to be an o ring? I was thing of wall->o-ring-> washer to minimize air leakage, I'll create some sort of enclosure for so they all wouldn't blow away

I just ordered the parts
