hey guys, first post on spudfiles, been lurking since like last year and couldn't be bothered posting a gun until now. Its made from copper its got a 3/4" piston, all I can think of atm. image quality is crap but you get the picture, atm I have no pump, any criticism welcome, not that impressed by the performance anyway. It can shoot through a medium size phone book but haven't had much projectiles to shoot from since the barrel is quite small, I can attach a 6mm barrel in which case I can get 2 nice shots which can penetrate a 1b5 book. heres some pics if they work properly
Forgot to mention that in a few pics the chamber was bent but I changed it straight. Oh also I have a fire extinguisher bottle that goes to maybe 300psi thats pretty powerful but takes to long to pump for 1 shot so I dont bother.

Nice done! 8)

Just put the FE in front of your chamber within the ballvalve.
So you've got a air reservoir.

Nice regards

Nice first. What type of pump did you have to use with this, and what are you going to do about your next pump?

As to the chamber, I would have bent it closer to the elbows and made it run closer to the bottom of the barrel.

head ? not sure what your asking the diameter of the shaft is 12mm or so, its extremely small but I dont have any money to spend on a pump and copper since its expensive as hell here in nz. Been using the left over copper from our house piping

The pump head is what moves to compress the air in the pump. The diameter of the pump head is the inner diameter of the shaft. That 12mm is ID, right?

Cast pistons aren't the best to use in pumps... most people use floating o-rings in order to get the check valve effect; how are you going to achieve said effect?
