Hey everyone

Lately iv been working on a semi auto air gun. At them moment i shoot bbs until i get some splat balls since splat ball are pretty dear and hard to find unless you look on eBay. The gun shoots about 10psi each shot and the 1st chamber is filled to 110psi. The first 10 shots are the good after that they weaker and weaker (pointing out the obvious).
Later on im hoping to crank up the pressure and use a soda stream bottle and fill it up with air and having a high pressure hose comming from my bag into my gun and also try and make stock that looks nice :D
let me know if im missing out some info :)

Specs:
1st chamber: fire extinguisher
2nd chamber: galvinised pipe
Qev: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/G3-8-Pipe-Pn ... 459wt_1139
3 way valve: http://www.clippard.com/store/display_d ... sku=MJVO-3
Pressure: 110psi

i would use a air cylinder but im worried about it popping the paintballs (splat balls) since its got threads on the rod :/
consider putting the air reservoir in a back pack
Thats what im going to do when i get a hose to connect it :)

it is actually very light, lighter that i thought it would be and estimate on bbs i dont know but shooting 10m away from a fence it takes about half a second to reach the fence from 10m away :)

If you smooth of all the edges, don't blast the trigger at full rps and get a pressure reducing fitting on the air cylinder (i have one input is 600 output 35psi) to stop the air cylinder crushing shit(at 600psi my shatters marbles no jams tho lol)

I think the could make it. or you could make cartridges(more like shields) for them out of like 1/2'' PVC.

can you ask your mate how/where he got it?

I might do that just smooth out all the edges and stuff but still wondering if u should shoot bbs or splat balls, splat balls are fun and not dangerous as much as bbs but bbs are easier to find, cheaper and more fun than paint balls so i might go with bbs using my gun since there more fun than paint balls :)

Im not entirely sure on what he did but i think he ordered it of the web site but we had to go pick it up since it would be cheaper but wouldn't much of a price change but we had to get some fittings from there so its worth the pick-up but the guy there was hell sus he kept asking what we where making it for and we said it was for some vacuum casting thing so yea.
but you can get it posted to your house i think.

Hey where can you get the galvanized steel pipe ???? I've looked everywhere and bunnings don't seem to have it. Maybe i'm looking in the wrong section, any ideas.
