Ok, i have some stainless steel hydraulic fittings. Image Similar to that, and i need to cut part of it of for a custom part, I have tried a Hacksaw but it will take forever to cut it, any ideas?

Try using a cut wheel on a hand grinder!!Or a sawzall,!!!!!!!!!

A good 12 inch hacksaw with a bi-metal blade should make short work of it.

How is it not accurate enough??? As long as you clamp it down good you wont have a problem. Just take your time!!!

What are you planning to do here? Maybe we can give you a work-around so you don't even have to cut the fitting....

i have cut it, my blade was dull so i bought some new high speed blades for my hacksaw. its a custom part for my air tank.

high speed blades for a hacksaw? how fast can your hand cut through metal?

iv had hacksaw blades get hot enough to discolour

Hacksaws and a set of files are all I use for cutting metals. Use the right blade like JSR suggested, and you'll be through it in no time.
