HP inline valves?

I've been doing a lot more designing then building lately, but I think the holiday season is coming up, and I'll have some free time to actually build. But anyway, I've hit a roadblock in my designs. I can't find an inline valve (that I can build) that can be trigger with a DCV, AND handle higher pressures (>500psi at least)

Any tips, designs, or comments are welcome

Current criteria:

Inline valve
handles 500psi+
triggered by DCV

You can build it.

What do you have for tools? Please say "lathe". :)
Multi shot or single shot?
DCV handles 500psi+? or activates using a lower pressure?

Initial thinking is along the lines of a toolies piston IF the DCV can handle the pressure?

No lathe. I have a dremel, power drill, and hacksaw.
One shot per fill, but it will be filled with an HPA tank regged down
It's a 1/8" slide valve from a co2 remote line. It should handle 2000psi

I would like to build a toolies valve at some point for a future project, but atm, I would like a valve that gives me a little more freedom with my chamber shape/size

please say I am going to build a QDV actuated by an air cylinder... in this way you could use standard parts (a standard air cylinder, standard DCVs (no need for high pressure in the control circuit)) and keep inline design

and by QDV I mean a QDV cannon built using standard metal pipes and fittings

I want to shy away from orings as much as possible at the moment...
Has anyone tried to build a "sprinkler valve" configuration diaphragm valve?

That's a fairly complex casting for a homebuilt project.

How about an Airforce Talon/Gunpower Stealth style hammer valve like the one I made for jake?

I'm tempted to make one for myself.

The sprinkler configuration may be able to be made with mainly standard parts and epoxy. I was considering putting a smaller diameter elbow inside of a larger tee much like BtB did for his unregged BBMG

facepalm.... you can get metal valves lthat look like that
if you don't have them check valves have the same internals
