I did get an idea yesterday and i will work on a 1 inch gun but that was easier said than done... I started about 5 hours ago and i will make a hole in the tank so i can fit a 1 inch pipe-nipple but the metal is very very hard. I have tried a reciprocating saw, hacksaw and a dremel but the dremel works best. I will weld the pipe-nipple too the tank tomorrow and i will show some pics when i am finished... :)

I measure mine by the size of the valve. A two inch opening between the chamber and barrel is a 2 inch cannon. My ABS cannon has a 2 inch valve and 2 inch barrel. My larger t shirt cannon has a 2 inch valve and has various size screw on barrels. It is a 2 inch cannon even though the chamber is about 9 inches in diameter and I am using a 3 inch barrel at the time.
