About a month ago I ordered a small QEV off of Amazon (I don't know why, I guess I just wanted to play with it ) anyway it came a week ago and when I tried it out the air leaked out of the exhaust port very quickly and when it got low enough it started to kind of sputter. My pilot was a blowgun (it was 1/4" valve) and i used a small pvc chamber I had laying around as the chamber. I sent an email to the manufacturer and they told me to try and recalibrate it, but being a noob I have no idea how to do so. I've looked it up a few times but didn't find any sort of thing explaining this.
Note: when I opened the back off of the valve I found that the sealing face was off center, I'm not sure about its levelness, pictures coming soon.
Thanks a lot in advanced!

Wait I thought you said you where a ~noooooob~ , not a noob? What changed XD, though if you can't or don't want a refund or replacement, you could always cut a small peice of rubber to be the new sealing face
