3" tank, approx. 5' long
2"barrel, approx. 5.5' long
2 inch diaphram valve
over under design, tank is choked down to 2" then a 180 degree turn to the valve.

This is a amazing gun man, congrats.
Try use some pointed ammo to pierce that carhood. You could make a cone from a tin can, and fill it up with melted lead. In the point you pot a big nail for re-enforcing it. That carhood won't stand a chance
The gun, I dont think it needs any more improvement. It's very nice ans powerfull. Maybe some sort of i dont know the name to stabilise the gun on to your shoulder. The trigger should maybe brougth more to the front, so one man can use the gun.

If your talking about improving the design for your next gun I would suggest use a piston valve instead of a diaphragm valve simply because diaphragm valves don't have a very high flow compared to pistons. Their faster opening than a piston although pistons can dump more air. Just looking at your shot thats all, looks like your pressure drop is very low by the time the projectile leaves the barrel which means you could do with a higher flowing valve and probably a smaller chamber. (Having a smaller chamber doesn't improve performance it is just more effiecient in your case.) I like your gun though, must have some kick alright when you fired that other ammo whatever its called. (Steel coated table leg..)

It had some kick, the first time we shot that it almost knocked me down and it bruised the redheaded guys hip. But it was awesome!

cut the non pressure rated dvw cleanout cap off the front of the air chamber, and put on a pressure rated endcap. you are the first other guy to have shot at a carhood other than me, and penetrated. try a carhood, and a cardoor at the same time. great fun.
