If you tilt the mag over to one side, there will be less weight of the marbles on the paddle, and you'll have a better line of sight over the gun..

Doesn't weigh much, but it put dents into a wooden fence, (the "dimples"), at about 30 yards away, (when I missed the box in the above video).
But, if I wanted power, I wouldn't have made it fully automatic. You sacrifice a little power for a higher rate of fire because you have to make a small chamber that can be filled quickly.

Thats a pretty alsome rig you gat goin on but wouldnt a paintball gun work just as well with some marbles in it im not sure so tell me if im wrong. Id try it but my gun is to expensive for me to mess up.

Super Gun and Super Job. I love the paddle trick. I was suprised to see you build a gun that does not use a piston. I have just always seen you praise piston guns and thougth this may be one. Again Great Job.

Yeah, a piston wouldn't have reliable enough equalization properties for this to work with one. I decided to use a quick-exhaust because they equalize only one way with pretty good flow, and you can pilot them with pretty much near anything.

Doubt it... Could i vent it if I had a plastic end cap on the back of the qev and i hit a nail through it?

Actually, you probably could pilot it that way, (maybe even before you remove the nail).
On my copper cannon, the piston seals good enough so that I can pilot it just by cracking the ball valve halfway open, (albeit, it takes a few seconds). A Q.E.V. piston seals perfectly in it's carriage and only let's air through the "CYLINDER" port from the "PILOT" port because of the way it's shaped. ANY drop in pilot pressure will fire that sucker.

what kind of air compresser do you use??? mine always stops at about 30 psi. lately its haset been working past 20-25 psi and i need to buy a new one. hope u can help me !!!
