Could someone please tell me what the internal diameter of 15mm copper tubing is please? Suggestions for good-fitting and consistent ammo would be appreciated.

Also, do blowguns work both ways round?....In other words does it matter which end you connect to the pilot port on a piston valve?

Thanks in advance.

I tried to connest a 175 psi blowgun the other way around, so it was easier to shoot. That didn't work. The gun couldn't take the pressure backwards.

A 15 mm copper tube has a inner diameter of 13 mm. The copper is 1 mm thick. Use this instrument to measure it (dont know how it is called in English, help me with this will ya).

13 mm ammo, I cant think of anything realy, besides home made ammo like a nail with tape at the end to mak it 13 mm thick, but experience learns me that that isn't stabel in flight. You could use a plastic cone to put the nail in, that works greatly.

Bether use a 18 mm barrel. Inner 16 mm, perfect for marbles.

POS, that's a "caliper" - specificaly a "vernier caliper" (vernier being the name for the mismatched markings).

Thanks for the answer Pos.
I've just done a conversion and realised that 13mm is 0.5118 of an inch, which is very convenient but slightly annoying as a couple of years ago I gave away a 1/2 inch musket ball mould! Never mind- I'm sure I'll be able to buy some 1/2 inch lead shot from a local gunsmith.

Thanks again. Slugfoot.
