The other was a 1.5 T Which wasnt as good as this one being a 1.25 T

I like these pistons.
Same basic thing I did with my first marble gun. I hacksawed that valve in half, though, to show new people how a piston valve looked and how it worked.

#1 Why didn't you use a 1" T or a 3/4" T for that valve? I mean the smaller the better for a barrel sealing valve, right?
#2 Didn't you also post a diaphrahm valve cutaway mark? I remember seeing one of those cutaways earlier, but it didn't make much sense to me, that is, how the diaphrahm was able to flex far enough. Want to explain that please?

He probably used a 1 1/4" tee because a 3/4" cap makes a good piston.
Yea i use that big of a T because no lathe to make the piston fit in a 1 " T
and i wish i had a lathe to make orings i use Sean Gorts some times when i go there.

I have been wanting to make a valve similar to the one you made for a while. I would like to make is accesible too, like an end cap screwed (and not glued) on where you have your reducer for the exaust. The problem is i have no way to make O-ring grooves and i dont know how to seal the endcap with the screws so it doesnt leak without O-rings. Any suggestions?

Where exactly do the o-rings go? Around the piston or behind it?

In a T valve that you have the plug screwed in you put an o-ring on the plug so that air won't leak out the back through either the plug or the screws. You also can put o-rings on the piston in order to increase performance.
