1. barrel: dont know exact diamter but im guessing its 9/32 perfect for bbs

2. chamber: only 3/4 tomorrow when i take it full psi im going to see the performance...

3. new type of valve system (i think i havent seen it before on anyones gun) tell me if u like it...

my hint? replace the blowgun trigger with a piston valve, or even a sprkinler valve. mabey even a 1/4 inch QEV if you feel like dumping some money...... the blowgun thing is going to be pretty innacurate, the FPS will fluctuate. the blowgun is aobut the same thing as a Ball valve, but with less flow and a convinient trigger-like handle.

nice rifle definetly replace the blow gun it will compleatly reduce flow i say go for the piston ad a ball valve before the piston to keep your chamber and also re use that blow gun so it would cost less an you could keep it rifle like

It'll perform fine. I've made a pneumatic airsoft gun similar to yours, with a blowgun as the main valve, and the chamber was only 1/4" x about a foot. It shot BBs over 450 fps (well, it was all steel and shooting at 250 psi :D ).

I think a ball valve, even though it's not terribly good, would work a little better than a blowgun, because it can dump more air. I mean, its better than a gate valve... If you want to put a sprinkler valve on it, you would have to put a lot of annoying fittings and stuff on it.

That's a nice mini, it's not too often we see a pneumatic. Heck, I'd even go so far to say its better than my first pneumatic, which I'm still too scared to post...

wait, blowgun valves are rated to 250 PSI? damn. i might want to try this. im waiting for conformation....... dont want to die making an airsoft gun.....

and honestly, a QEV is basically a piston valve all nice and built into a single package. it might work the best for you..........

VH, I don't think they are. The ones I see are normally around 80 psi, but that's mainly for the stuff on the inside, in case something gets stuck in there and the pressure builds and builds...
Personally, I wouldn't take a blowgun valve that I picked up at a local hardware store to 250 psi, he must have some special blowgun...of DOOM! (I had to get that in)

blowguns are *RATED* to diferent pressures...most are rated to 30 psi...some others are 80 and 90...but that *ONLY* goes for if u keep that brass thing on at the end...because it turns into a bullet at like 150 psi...but it will ruin ur blowgun...no one can make a gun with tha on the end so who worries?? ratings on these dont matter
