i made a 2" coaxail piston valve and have final come across a problem. my bumper.
Image

this was my original plan with the bumper behind the ball valve. the threaded part is so i can have access to the piston if it dosent work but i just realzed that the ID of 2" male threaded adapter is smaller than the ID of 2" pipe

this a picture of the male adaptor inside the female adapter. you can see it is consiterably smaller

the peices inside each other form the side

and my piston

the only thing i can think of it to just have the bumper inbetween the fittings but i cant close it off how would i go about doing this? help would realy...well help :D

put some sort of hose around a fitting like u said...air hose...bike tube...anything works...expandable foam works the best but it has to be glue some how
4" piston valved cannon-half done..( i spilt my cement...)

Hybrid- 75% done. need to build propane holder and drill/tap sparkplug hole..
